The Holy Approach is a boutique aviation interview preparation and mentoring company specializing in supporting aspiring and current pilots through every stage of the interview and career transition process.

Founded by Christine and Michael Holy, aviation experts with over 40 years of combined corporate and military aviation experience.

Both Christine and Michael hold B.S. degrees in Aviation Management and have a deep knowledge of flight operations, regulatory compliance, and safety protocols. Christine holds all her pilot ratings including ATP, CFI, CFII, and MEI. She is also type rated in 11 aircrafts. Michael is type rated in 9 aircrafts.

Christine and Michael are passionate about mentoring pilots and helping them build successful aviation careers guided by purpose, confidence, and integrity.

Christine Holy

Founder and Principal

Christine Holy is a results-driven aviation expert whose strengths lie in delivering flawless service, fostering client loyalty, and navigating the complexities of private jet operations. With her strong professional network and strategic mindset, she is a valuable asset to any aviation-focused team.

Christine has honed her ability to anticipate and respond to the complexities of aircraft management—ensuring client satisfaction through meticulous planning, proactive communication, and unwavering adherence to safety standards. Her expertise spans logistics, budgeting, vendor liaison, and execution of efficient operations.

Based in Satellite Beach, FL, she plays a key role in supporting high-net-worth individuals and corporations with comprehensive aircraft management services—from operational oversight to maintenance coordination.

Christine has been flying professionally for over 28 years, has 11 type ratings and is currently flying the Gulfstream 500 for a private individual. She has her B.S. in Aviation Management and MBA in International Business. She also holds and keeps current her ATP, CFI, CFII, and MEI. Christine has 8300 hours of total flight time.

Type ratings: CE500, CE560XL, BE400, MU300, CE750, CL30, GV, GVII, EMB505, EMB550, BAE146.

Michael Holy

Consultant

Michael Holy has been flying professionally for 27 years. He holds a B.S. in Aviation Management. Michael began his aviation career with the Air National Guard, flying the F-16 for 23 years.

After transitioning from the military, Michael flew corporate for 15 years in Gulfstreams and Citations. He now flies cargo for UPS in the MD-11. Michael has 3,000 hours of military and 6,000 hours civilian flight time.

Michael mentors aspiring military pilots and pilots transitioning from military to civilian flying.

Type ratings: G1159, GIV, GV, G-280, C-680, T-37, T-38, AT-38, MD-11, F-16.
